Packages are typically shipped within 5-10 business days of ordering but sometimes can take up to 15 business days to get the package out! Each piece is packed with love & a sweet note of appreciation by one lil lady (me), so shipping times aren’t as fast as what you may be used to! I am always sure to send out tracking info once your honeydusk piece is on its way to you.

A sad moment is when it’s been a lil too long since your package has shipped & you’re getting the feeling that your package is lost in a sea of a million packages trying to find their way- what are we gonna do? See below for the steps taken for a lost package.

1. Contact me through either Instagram or e-mail at honeyduskvintage@gmail.com so I can file a claim. Once I file the claim, I will forward you the confirmation & keep you updated on any response I get from USPS.

2. If USPS has gotten back to me and assured me that your package will be in your hands asap, we can do a lil twirl because your one-of-a-kind vintage piece is going to be there soon.

3. If we don’t get word that the shipping company located your package, then it appears we indeed have a case of a lost parcel. In this instance, I will not issue a refund, but instead, 50% store credit.

If I could give each person who has supported me a full refund, I absolutely would, but as a small lil business, it truly just isn’t possible so here are how returns/refunds are handled!

1. in the case of a lost package, honeydusk will offer a 50% store credit if the package does not arrive within 3 months of being shipped

2. in the case of your piece not fitting you, I do not offer refunds/returns. I work to ensure significant detail in each listening, including measurements, materials and any flaws. I’m always happy to answer any questions to make sure it’s the best item for you!

Each package is wrapped in 100% recyclable & compostable tissue paper and stuck with a honeydusk sticker. Once I wrap up your clothing piece, I put it in a mailer that is recyclable & reusable.
